Payments and Vouchers

What are the payment methods?

There are different payment methods available, based on the purchasing channel you are using:

Bookings on Itabus website or app: payment with credit card, debit card or prepaid card (Visa or Mastercard), PayPal or Itabus voucher.

Bookings via Itabus commercial partners: in cash and with the payment methods made available by the retailer

I can’t pay with my credit card, what should I do?

We recommend trying another credit, debit or prepaid card, or another payment method, such as PayPal or our vouchers. Alternatively, try contacting your bank.

I cancelled my trip, but have not received the electronic voucher

To make sure the trip cancellation was successful, go to your Personal Area or to the Managing the booking section.

If you haven’t receive your voucher, check that the email did not end up in your spam folder.

Can I request an invoice?

Yes, invoices can be requested both for natural and legal persons, only when you purchase your ticket on the Confirmation and Payment page.

How can I use my voucher?

You can use your Itabus voucher to purchase a new trip and the related additional services , that can be purchased alongside your ticket.


The voucher user conditions are specified in the email sent to the email address you entered when you booked your ticket. 

 

Vouchers cannot be converted to cash.

Where do I find my booking number (PNR)?

If you are a registered user, you can see your bookings in your Personal Area.


If you are not a registered user, you can register here.


You can also find your PNR in the email we sent you at the end of the purchasing process.
