Itabus Plus is the loyalty program that rewards your love for travel.
Join for free and start earning points for every euro spent on Itabus journeys or routes operated by Itabus partners.
As an Itabus Plus member, you can unlock discount vouchers to use on your next trips.
How can I join the Itabus Plus program?
To join the Program, simply sign up through the Itabus website or App (available on iOS and Android). Membership is free. If you were already registered to the website, you can enroll in the Program directly from your Personal Area.
What are reward points and qualifying points?
Reward points contribute to earning reward vouchers. They are collected by purchasing Itabus or Itabus partner journeys through the website, app, authorized agencies, or the contact center.
Qualifying points contribute to reaching or maintaining the Gold level of the Program. They are earned by purchasing Itabus journeys through the website, app, authorized agencies, or the contact center.
How are points calculated?
Points are credited to your profile balance the day after your journey is completed.
You earn 1 reward point for every euro spent on Itabus or Itabus partner journeys, including additional services, and 1 qualifying point for every euro spent on Itabus journeys, including additional purchases.
Participants can collect points until March 9, 2028
What are the Program levels?
By purchasing Itabus tickets and additional services, you earn qualifying points that allow you to move up in the Program levels.
By collecting at least 250 qualifying points within a 12-month qualifying period, you reach the Gold level and receive Itabus Plus reward vouchers worth €10.
How long do I keep my membership level?
Your membership level is updated every 12 months from the date you join the Program.
If, within these 12 months (the qualifying period), you collect enough qualifying points to reach the next level, you will automatically move to the Gold level.
Once you reach Gold, you will keep this level for the 12 months following the end of the qualifying period. If during this time you accumulate another 250 qualifying points, your Gold status will be confirmed for the next qualifying period.
Where can I find my Itabus Plus Customer Code? When should I use it?
By joining the Itabus Plus program, you will immediately receive a personal Itabus Plus Customer Code to collect points. Loyalty cards are assigned to participants in digital format. You can find your Customer Code in the left-hand menu of your Personal Area. The Itabus Plus Customer Code is personal, non-transferable, and may only be used by the account holder.
When purchasing through the Itabus website or app, your Itabus Plus Customer Code will be automatically associated with your booking by entering your first name, last name, and email address.
To receive points when purchasing tickets at ticket offices or travel agencies, please provide the details associated with your Program registration at the time of booking.
How do I use an Itabus Plus reward voucher?
As soon as you reach the threshold of 100 Itabus Plus reward points, you will automatically receive your reward voucher.
The value of the voucher depends on your membership level: €3 for Member level and €10 for Gold level.
The reward voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be used only on Itabus tickets with a minimum spend of €15.
All information and conditions for using the voucher are available on the “Points and Vouchers History” page in the “Itabus Plus” section of your Personal Area.
Can I modify a ticket paid with an Itabus Plus reward voucher?
Yes, by accessing your Personal Area. Alternatively, you can modify your trip through the Manage Booking section by entering your ticket code and your first and last name.
The email address entered during booking cannot be changed. If the first and last name on the booking are modified, the Customer Code associated with the email will no longer match and you will not be able to collect reward points for that journey.
In the event of changes to the travel date or route, the modified ticket will be considered for the purpose of points accrual.
If I cancel a ticket purchased with an Itabus Plus reward voucher, how will I receive the refund, if applicable?
In the event of a voluntary cancellation of a trip paid with a reward voucher, any refund net of the deductions provided for by the purchased fare conditions will be issued by Itabus to the other payment method used, covering both the remaining amount paid and the value of the reward voucher.
My personal details are incomplete or incorrect. How can I update them?
You can complete or update your personal details directly in your Personal Area in the “Your Profile” section.
If you need to modify non-editable fields, you must request the change by contacting privacy@itabus.it by using the email address associated with your Program registration.
How can I unsubscribe from the Loyalty Program?
You can delete your account directly from your Personal Area by clicking on “Your Profile” and then selecting the “Delete your Itabus account” link at the bottom of the page.
Any tickets already purchased and unused Itabus Plus reward vouchers will remain valid.
If you prefer to remain registered but no longer wish to receive commercial communications, you can update your consent preferences on the “Your Profile” page in your Personal Area.
Alternatively, you can contact customer support or send an email to privacy@itabus.it.
Please note that if you register again in the future, you will not be able to use the same email address previously used for registration.
