The Trentino resort of Ponte di Legno is situated at an altitude of 1,260 metres above sea level, and in Winter, snowfalls are really abundant and frequent, causing the snow to remain on the highest peaks even for long periods, providing a priceless spectacle.
Ponte di Legno boasts 80 to 100 kilometres of ski slopes equipped with modern ski lifts. Fancy an excursion? One of the best known itineraries is certainly the 'flower path', which is particularly challenging to undertake as it reaches an altitude of 3,000 metres, but offers a spectacular view of the Adamello and Ortles-Cevedale peaks. Still not enough for you? Also try the 'Peace Trail', which is just as difficult but allows a closer look at the natural beauty of the area.
Fancy a little rest? Then relax and enjoy the mountain scenery, the chairlift is definitely the best place, because you can reach an altitude of 2,500 metres and enjoy a good hot meal, typical of the area, in one of the many mountain shelters in the area!
Mouth watering? Don't think twice. Set off now with Itabus!
